rdesktop in 24 bit glory

I’ve been trying to figure out for ages how to get my Windows XP remote desktop sessions to operate in 24 bit mode, and today I finally bothered to use a search engine to find out. It’s quite easy when you follow the instructions here. After making that change and disconnecting, my new session is there in 24 bit glory. Now I can play with Picasa and see real colours.
